I was thinking about starting to work out the other week so I did a little research on the internet and low and behold. I found so much material about this whole working out buisness I felt like I had to share it with someone. That's why I'm putting together a whole weekend just for all us training nuts out there. Infact, it's going to be the biggest themed weekend yet with a grand total of 9 clips.
This weekend my exposé on the fitness industry arrives here at And scene... After this weekend there could be a new you bursting with... Ohh well you get the picture :-)
In the mean time I give you the music video that really sparked my interest in the first place. Swedish DJ Eric Prytz has done alot for humanity with this catchy tune.
